Mayor and Council Members are non-partisan positions, each serve a four-year term. There are no term limits. Terms are staggered so that three seats are available during one election cycle and two seats are available during the next cycle.
The City of Chino is geographically divided into four voting districts. Voters from each District elect one Council Member to represent the residents who live in that District. The Mayor is elected by all voting residents of the community and is a representative at large.

I am proud to say that I grew up in this amazing community and enjoyed a long-standing career with the Chino Police Department, retiring last July as the Chief of Police. I now hope to serve as a member on the council in the next chapter of my service to the city of Chino. My roots in the community and passion to serve will be the foundation for my commitment to be a contributing part of the governing process. I want to ensure our continued success of keeping Chino the amazing city that it is.
I plan to support the City of Chino’s mission, values, and vision by focusing on public safety, fiscal responsibility, smart development and infrastructure, and a vision for the future. Most importantly, I want to serve with the purpose of providing opportunity and equity for all sectors of the community that live, work, and play here.
I humbly ask for your support to ensure I am able to efficiently share my campaign message with the hopes of earning the opportunity to proudly serve on the Chino City Council.
